Job summary

Accesa ищет QA-инженера для участия в проектах крупного европейского ритейлера по обеспечению качества веб-проекта и мобильного приложения. Вы будете работать в команде тестирования под руководством менеджера тестирования, обеспечивая прохождение релизной проверки и качество выпуска.

Требуются знания методологий QA, опыт тестирования API, управление тестами и работа в Agile/Scrum. Предлагается гибридная рабочая среда, развитие через наставничество и улучшение практик тестирования.

Qualifications

• Знания QA методологий, инструментов и процессов.
• Опыт API-тестирования (Postman).
• Практический опыт работы с инструментами управления тестированием: JIRA, X-Ray, Azure, TestRail, Aqua.
• Аналитические и отладочные способности для повышения качества тестирования.
• Умение работать в команде и участие в улучшении процессов тестирования.
• Ручное тестирование ПО на веб, мобильной и десктопной платформах.
• Использование ИИ-инструментов для повышения продуктивности при разумном применении.

Responsibilities

• Участвовать в команде обеспечения качества для одного из крупнейших ритейлеров Европы.
• Входить в процессы релиза и валидации нового webshop в рамках тестирования релиза.
• Определять цели тестирования и согласовывать требования с владелцами продукта.
• Проектировать и выполнять тест-планы и тест-кейсы, обеспечивая покрытие и прослеживаемость.
• Проводить уровни тестирования: системное, интеграционное, регрессионное, исследовательское.
• Управлять дефектами, проводить кор-ка analysis и информировать команду о рисках.
• Менторить специалистов QA и развивать практики тестирования.
• Совершенствовать QA-процессы и инструменты, участвовать в подготовке документации.
• Координировать UAT и готовность клиента к предприятию.
• Вести детализированные отчеты по тестированию и выпускной документации.

• Be part of a team that is providing proven added value to one of the largest retailers in Europe, on his journey to enhance the consumer's e-shopping experience.
• We support them in the release and validation process of their new webshop as part of the release testing team.
• The team is a dedicated testing team with a focus on acting as a quality gate, performing the necessary testing activities and phases, led by a Test Manager from Accesa.
• Lead quality collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define test objectives, clarify requirements, and align on quality goals.
• Drive test planning and execution: Design, organize, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases using management tools, ensuring thorough coverage and traceability.
• Ensure testing excellence: Perform various testing levels (system, integration, regression, exploratory) while promoting adherence to manual testing best practices and overall test strategy.
• Own defect management: Conduct root cause analysis, resolve issues in collaboration with development teams, and clearly communicate risk or quality concerns to clients and team members.
• Mentor and support the QA team: Provide guidance to junior and mid-level QA engineers, encouraging continuous learning and sharing of testing best practices.
• Enhance QA processes: Collaborate with other QA teams to improve tools, methodologies, and testing workflows across the organization.
• Coordinate UAT and client readiness: Support UAT activities through training, coordination, and facilitating client sign-off for production readiness.
• Maintain QA documentation: Create and maintain detailed test reports, release notes, and QA documentation across all phases of the test lifecycle.

• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman)
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA,X-Ray,Azure, TestRail. Aqua)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve test failures and enhance overall test coverage
• Collaborate with team members to improve and enhance the testing process
• Perform manual testing of software applications across various platforms (web, mobile, desktop)
• Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
