Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Разработка и внедрение планов проектов и обеспечение их выполнения.
• Управление ресурсами и загрузкой проекта в соответствии с требованиями и финансовыми показателями.
• Оценка планов, зависимостей и отклонений для сохранения целостности проекта.
• Предложение стратегических корректировок для достижения целей и подписания ключевых этапов.
• Содействие прозрачному сотрудничеству между заказчиком, командой и партнёрами.
• Выявление и реализация мер по оптимизации процессов и затрат.

Strong strategic planning skills and methodology adaptation, combined with team management skills to drive alignment and achieve common objectives. Proven track record of delivering projects end-to-end within scope, budget, and timeline in dynamic environments. Experience leading cross-functional teams (Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, Architects, etc.). Interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels. Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes. Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result.
