Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Обеспечение качественного end-to-end тестирования в домене Experience Services.
• Проверка изменений по цепочке cart, checkout, order, billing и аутентификации от спецификации до продакшн.
• Разработка и поддержка автоматизированных тестовых фреймворков и покрытий.
• Разработка тестов для транзакционных flows, интеграций и регрессионных сценариев.
• Определение стратегии тестирования на ранних стадиях разработки.
• Идентификация рисков и граничных случаев до реализации.
• Уточнение требований в четкиеAcceptance Criteria вместе с инженерами.
• Поддержка качества в продакшн через анализ инцидентов и тестовое покрытие.

Задачи:

• Own quality end to end within the Experience Services domain
• Validate changes across cart, checkout, order, billing, and authentication systems from specification through development, deployment, and production
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks and test coverage
• Develop automated tests for customer transaction flows, integrations, regression scenarios, and critical business processes
• Define testing strategy early in the development process
• Identify risks, dependencies, edge cases, and failure scenarios before implementation is complete
• Translate requirements into clear, testable acceptance criteria
• Work with engineers and stakeholders to remove ambiguity and make expected behavior objectively verifiable
• Validate end-to-end customer journeys across cart, checkout, ordering, billing, invoicing, authentication, and related integrations
• Verify changes and provide evidence through meaningful test results, coverage, and validation of expected behavior and failure scenarios in pull requests
• Use AI-assisted engineering tools daily for testing, automation, and review; critically validate generated output and remain accountable for the final result
• Review other engineers’ code and test changes, identify quality, reliability, integration, and design risks early, and provide actionable feedback
• Improve testing efficiency and reduce manual effort by automating repetitive validation where practical
• Support production quality by participating in incident analysis, identifying test coverage gaps, and improving automated testing and engineering practices based on production issues
• Work across existing and unfamiliar systems, understand complex or legacy applications and integrations, and develop effective test coverage without unnecessary rewrites
• Mentor engineers in quality practices and share testing approaches, automation techniques, and quality standards across the team
• Coordinate quality dependencies across teams, identify integration risks early, and work with relevant engineers to ensure cross-team changes are tested appropriately
• Participate in the on-call rotation for the systems you build
• Align work with business priorities, deliver committed work on predictable dates, and raise timeline risks early with evidence
• Understand customer and business outcomes and clarify requirements before building
• Stay close to production, use the AI harness daily, and keep technical judgment current

Требования:

• 5+ Years of experience with automated testing frameworks and software quality engineering
• Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining automated test suites for production applications
• Experience testing complex end-to-end workflows across multiple systems and integrations
• Strong understanding of functional, integration, regression, and failure-path testing
• Experience defining test strategies and translating requirements into clear, testable acceptance criteria
• Experience working closely with software engineers throughout the development lifecycle, not only after development is complete
• Ability to read and understand application code to identify risks, test gaps, and potential defects
• Experience with production systems and incident analysis, including using production issues to improve test coverage
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering or testing tools in day-to-day technical work
• Strong written communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team across multiple time zones
• Будет плюсом: 5+ years of experience with billing and invoicing systems, 5+ years of experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MariaDB, 5+ years of experience with Perl or PHP, experience testing cart, checkout, order management, authentication, or other transaction-heavy systems, experience with payment, billing, or financial integrations, experience in managed hosting, cloud platforms, SaaS, or another high-availability service environment, experience with CI/CD-integrated automated testing, experience mentoring engineers or establishing quality and testing standards across a team
