Job summary

Torrero Ltd. is seeking an experienced QA Manual Tester for a fully remote role in the United States. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of manual testing experience for mobile and web apps, plus strong QA methodologies and SDLC knowledge.

Russian fluency and intermediate English are required, with Git experience. You will design and execute test cases, report defects, maintain testing docs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of working experience in manual testing for mobile and web apps
• Experience creating and maintaining testing documentation
• Experience working with Git
• Profound knowledge of SDLC
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes
• Proficient in Russian and intermediate in English

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and non-functional (web/mobile) testing, integration, regression, and usability testing.
• Identify, record and report bugs to the development team.
• Verify bug fixes and create comprehensive test cases.
• Initiate and execute tests with detailed test cases and checklists.
• Create and maintain testing documentation (test suites, cases, checklists, instructions).
• Track quality assurance metrics and analyze test results.
• Analyze and document product features and business requirements.
• Refine testing processes and collaborate with Dev, QA and Team Manager to define system requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across the software development lifecycle

You will be doing:

Your expertise to meet the requirement:

• Should have 3+ years of working experience in manual testing for both mobile and web applications
• Should have experience in creating and maintaining of testing documentation
• Should have experience working with Git
• Should have profound knowledge and understanding of SDLC
• Should have strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes
• Should be proficient in Russian language and intermediate in English language
