Job summary

SOFTSWISS ищет старшего Manual QA Engineer для работы над высоконагруженной игровой платформой SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator в США. Ваша задача — создание и поддержка QA‑процессов, участие в тестировании API и микросервисной архитектуры, обеспечение качества на протяжении всего цикла разработки.

Требуется опыт тестирования серверных приложений, знание инструментов Postman/Selenium/JUnit/TestNG, а также навыки работы с данными и мониторингом в ELK/Grafana.

Qualifications

• 4+ года QA серверных/бэкэнд‑приложений
• Структурированный подход к тестированию, риск‑ориентированное планирование
• Умение работать в Scrum/не‑Scrum среде
• Опыт тестирования API (Postman, REST)
• Опыт работы с микросервисами и разбором архитектуры
• Умение локализовывать причину сбоя (Frontend/Backend/Data/Infra)
• Опыт работы с логами и наблюдаемостью (ELK/Grafana)
• Уровень английского/русского B2+ и выше

Responsibilities

• Владение QA‑процессами для продукта на конечном этапе цикла разработки
• Измерение качества продукта с помощью метрик QA
• Докладывать статус QA, риски и планы команде и заинтересованным сторонам
• Ранний обзор требований, выявление пробелов и рисков перед разработкой
• Руководство релизами как ответственный QA; мониторинг результатов в проде
• Диагностика дефектов и их отслеживание от обнаружения до решения
• Валидация данных в базах данных; ежедневная работа с данными
• Тесное сотрудничество с продуктом, инфраструктурой и бизнесом
• Демонстрации продукта владельцу продукта
• Изучение и внедрение новых подходов и инструментов QA, включая AI‑QA
• Постоянное улучшение QA‑процесса

Описание: SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our team. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values. The SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator is a high-load casino games API platform that connects operator platforms to multiple remote game servers via a single integration. Behind the product is a team of engineers, DevOps specialists, integration experts, account managers, and partnership professionals who ensure reliable, secure, and scalable operations for operators worldwide. You'll solve complex technical challenges and help power one of the industry's leading aggregation platforms.

Задачи:

• Own QA for your product team end-to-end: test strategy, checklists, test cases, etc.
• Measure product quality with meaningful QA metrics and indicators (not vanity numbers)
• Report QA status, risks, and plans to your team and product stakeholders
• Review feature requirements early; surface gaps, ambiguities, and risks before development
• Lead releases as the responsible QA; monitor deploy results in production
• Diagnose defects and track them from discovery to resolution
• Validate data directly in the databases - you will work with databases on daily as part of this role
• Collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, and business
• Give product demos to the Product Owner
• Research and adopt new QA approaches and tools, including AI-assisted QA (agents, skills) to speed up routine work
• Continuously improve the team’s QA process

Требования:

• 4+ years in QA of server-side / backend applications
• Strong test design & analysis - risk-based prioritization, solid test-design techniques, and exploratory testing
• Systematic mindset and independence - proven experience improving QA processes and driving them, comfortable in a mixed Scrum / non-Scrum environment
• Strong hands-on experience with microservice-based systems -this is the core of the role. You understand the trade-offs of microservice architecture (pros and cons)
• API testing - confident with Postman and REST APIs
• CI/CD - understands pipelines and can read them (GitLab CI)
• Bug tracking - Jira, structured defect management and reporting
• Strong troubleshooting - can localize a failure (frontend vs backend vs data vs infra)
• Logs / observability - able to investigate via ELK / Grafana
• English / Russian - Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher; good communication skills
• Prior ClickHouse experience
• Web UI testing and familiarity with design systems (component libraries)
• Test automation tools - experience using test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar technologies
• AI for QA productivity - using agents / skills / LLM tooling to automate and speed up routine work
• Product / iGaming domain experience
