Job summary

Enerstaff, LLC is seeking a Manual Machinist (Temp-to-Hire) in New Iberia, LA. The role requires hands-on experience with VTLs, lathes, drills, and Bridgeport knee mills, and the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.

You’ll work a 7am-4pm shift (M-F), with OT as needed, and must pass a background check and drug screen. Pay ranges from $28 to $32 per hour DOE, with potential overtime to reach 40-70 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience with VTL, manual lathe, drill press and Bridgeport knee mill.
• Experience with horizontal boring mill (48x30" BT 50 Holder) preferred.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Own tools a plus but not required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
