Hydro Blind Solutions is seeking an experienced Manual Machinist to join our Texas-based team. You will operate manual lathes and mills, read blueprints, and set up machines with appropriate tooling to manufacture components to precise specifications.

The role requires meticulous measurement, threading, and finishing work, with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced shop environment.

Formación

• Experience operating manual lathes and mills is essential.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and specifications.
• Must hold tight tolerances and inspect parts for conformance.

Responsabilidades

• Operate manual lathes and milling equipment.
• Machine parts to specified dimensions and tolerances.
• Read and interpret blueprints and measurements.
• Set up machines and select tooling.
• Use micrometers, calipers and gauges for precision work.
• Inspect finished parts for adherence to specs.
• Perform threading, facing, boring, drilling, turning and related operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Work independently and complete jobs efficiently.
