Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years’ experience in related work or applicable degree.
• Knowledge of machines and equipment functionality; ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to operate and set up CNC equipment and read basic CNC programs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Lathe, Manual Machines, and OD/ID grinders.
• Complete paperwork and maintain records per procedures.
• Document nonconforming material and participate in root cause actions.
• Use gauging equipment to ensure conformance to specs during production.
• Obtain necessary certifications for required processes.
