Responsibilities include monitoring operations, recording job logs, and contributing to safety and process improvements. Eligible candidates should have machining experience and a high school diploma, with a willingness to learn CNC programming.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and wear PPE.

What You’ll Do

• Review job instructions, blueprints, and machining requirements
• Set up and operate milling machines for production
• Monitor machining operations and make adjustments to improve results
• Ensure finished components meet required quality standards
• Enter job logs and information into the system
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste
• Follow all safety procedures and report potential safety concerns
• Participate in safety and process improvement initiatives

What You Bring

• Combination of machining experience and training required
• High School Diploma or GED

• Willingness to learn CNC programming
• Basic computer skills for job tracking and documentation

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay:

• Starting at $24.50/hr
