Electron Energy Corporation seeks a Machinist for precision CNC and manual machining in Lancaster, PA. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot a range of equipment to produce high-precision SmCo magnet components for aerospace, defense, medical, and semiconductor applications.

Qualifications include at least 1 year machining experience, blueprint reading and precision measurement skills, and a high school diploma. Weekend shift with differential and opportunities for growth are offered.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $25.00 To $26.00 Hourly

Machinist – Precision CNC & Manual Machining

Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for advancement.

• Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; includes a 15% shift differential and a four-hour bonus when the scheduled 36-hour requirement is met.

About the Role

Join our team producing mission-critical, high-precision SmCo magnet components for advanced industries, including Aerospace & Defense, Medical, and Semiconductor. As a Machinist working with specialty metals, you’ll work independently to set up and operate a variety of CNC and manual machining equipment, troubleshoot process issues, and ensure every part meets strict quality standards.
