Responsibilities include monitoring operations, recording job logs, and contributing to safety and process improvements. Eligible candidates should have machining experience and a high school diploma, with a willingness to learn CNC programming.

Qualifications

• Combination of machining experience and training required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, machining drawings, and procedures.
• Willingness to learn CNC programming.
• Basic computer skills for job tracking and documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and wear PPE.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate milling machines for production.
• Review job instructions, blueprints, and machining requirements.
• Monitor machining operations and adjust to improve results.
• Ensure finished components meet quality standards.
• Enter job logs and information into the system.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in process improvement initiatives.
