A & H Metals, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manual Machinist to operate and maintain precision equipment in Newark, DE. The ideal candidate will handle ProtoTRAK M2/SMX controls and work on prototypes, reverse engineering, and R&D machining projects.

Formación

• Manual machining experience with steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and some exotics.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
• Knowledge of steels, alloys, and NDE processes preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain manual machining equipment with precision and efficiency.
• Work with Southwestern Industries mills and lathes using ProtoTRAK M2 and SMX controls.
• Review blueprints, samples, and instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Support R&D and prototype machining projects.
• Assist with sheet metal and miscellaneous shop needs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Up to $35 per hour based on skill level & experience
• Full-time position
• 8-hour shift, Monday – Friday
