Summary: Under minimal supervision, this position utilizes manual machines, hand tools, and measuring equipment. Work includes fabrication, modification, or repair of products sold by and tools used at Western Gage.

Qualifications

• Ability to read Blueprints and Work Instructions in basic English
• Knowledge of Machining Practices and Setups
• Setup and operate manual lathe, mill, and surface grinder
• Processes may include turning, milling, tapping, and deburring
• Able to produce precision parts with tolerances up to .0005
