Job summary

Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club, located on the St. John’s River in Northeast Florida, seeks a friendly service team member. You’ll greet guests, assist with water/bread service, and help maintain smooth dining operations in a fast-paced club environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in fine dining support, strong English, and the ability to read POS chits. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required. Benefits include vacation, health/dental/vision coverage, and 401(k).

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years previous experience working in a support role in fast-paced, contemporary fine dining.


• Perform the initial greet on the table offering water and bread service.Work closely in a team environment.


• The ability to balance and carry service trays.


• The ability to accurately make notes and read POS order printed chits.


• The ability to read, write, and speak the English language.


• The ability to garnish food items according to menu description and deliver food to table correctly.


• The ability to enjoy what you do and have fun in a team environment, while completing all of the above.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays; 9am - 10pm
