Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club in Jacksonville, FL is seeking enthusiastic staff for our fine dining team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant and delivering great service, join us. Requirements include 1-2 years in a support role in fine dining, ability to greet guests, balance and carry trays, read POS chits, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a support role in fast-paced, contemporary fine dining.
• Perform the initial greet on the table offering water and bread service. Work closely in a team environment.
• The ability to balance and carry service trays.
• The ability to read POS order printed chits accurately.
• The ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
• The ability to garnish food items according to menu description and deliver food to table correctly.
• The ability to enjoy what you do and have fun in a team environment.

Responsibilities
