Job summary

Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club seeks friendly staff for a fast-paced fine dining environment on the St. Johns River. You will greet guests, assist in service, and work with teammates to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include tray handling, reading POS notes, garnishing dishes, and delivering meals to tables. Weekend and holiday availability is requested. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years prior experience in a support role in fast-paced fine dining.
• Greet guests and provide water and bread service; work closely in a team.
• Balance and carry service trays.
• Read, write, and speak English.
• Garnish food items according to menu and deliver to table.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years previous experience working in a support role in fast-paced, contemporary fine dining.
• Perform the initial greet on the table offering water and bread service.Work closely in a team environment.
• The ability to balance and carry service trays.
• The ability to accurately make notes and read POS order printed chits.
• The ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
• The ability to garnish food items according to menu description and deliver food to table correctly.
• The ability to enjoy what you do and have fun in a team environment, while completing all of the above.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays; 9am - 10pm
