Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club is seeking candidates with a positive attitude to join our premier Northeast Florida team. The role involves greeting guests, assisting in fine dining service, and collaborating with teammates to ensure a seamless dining experience on the St.

John’s River. Applicants should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, be able to balance trays, read POS chits, and garnish according to menu.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years previous experience working in a support role in fast-paced, contemporary fine dining.
• Perform the initial greet on the table offering water and bread service.Work closely in a team environment.
• The ability to balance and carry service trays.
• The ability to accurately make notes and read POS order printed chits.
• The ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
• The ability to garnish food items according to menu description and deliver food to table correctly.
• The ability to enjoy what you do and have fun in a team environment, while completing all of the above.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays; 9am - 10pm
