You will coordinate manpower program issues with NAVSUP Headquarters to ensure alignment with approved authorizations and the PSP, contributing to efficient workforce planning and organizational structure integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in manpower management and civilian records.
• Familiarity with OCC coding and BIN handling.
• Ability to coordinate with NAVSUP Headquarters on manpower programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage manpower requirements, authorizations and civilian position records by BIN.
• Determine proper coding of position level details for each BIN, including OCC, title, target grade and employee type.
• Coordinate manpower program issues with NAVSUP Headquarters to effectively manage manpower requirements.
• Ensure organizational and position structures align with approved manpower authorizations per PSP.
