Job summary

NAVSUP BUSINESS SYSTEMS CENTER seeks a Management Analyst to perform analytical reviews of organizational structures and staffing, develop staffing reports and organizational charts, and manage manpower records using BIN data. The role supports manpower planning and workforce management initiatives within the Navy supply system.

The position requires experience with analytical studies, staffing documentation, and data-driven staffing recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience demonstrating analytical studies of organizational structures and staffing/manning levels to evaluate management processes.
• Experience developing and maintaining staffing reports, staffing plans, and organizational charts.
• Experience managing manpower, authorization and civilian position records by BIN with updates to tracking systems.
• Experience developing and presenting staffing recommendations using workforce data.
