Job summary

Copeland in Forney, TX is seeking a hands-on Manhattan WMS Administrator to support warehouse operations on-site. You will manage WMS configurations, troubleshoot issues, and partner with operations to improve inventory accuracy and system performance.

The role requires SQL proficiency, experience in incident management, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with a strong preference for Manhattan experience.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in production support and incident management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and follow through on incident reports from initiation to resolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and close issues.
• Understanding of data flow within integrated systems, including WMS logic and end-to-end system functionality.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of Manhattan SCALE configurations and services
• Be the on-site subject matter expert for WMS and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to warehouse staff
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime
• Ability to analyze and understand the business needs and objectives
• Experience with database troubleshooting (SQL)
• Ability to provide coaching to supervisors, floor users, coordinators
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to enhance system performance
• Document the design and analysis of process flows for future reference and maintenance
• Other duties/projects as assigned
