Job summary

ITOrizon is seeking a Manhattan WMS Consultant with 2–5 years of hands-on Manhattan solution experience to support warehouse management initiatives for global clients. You will analyze processes, assist with design and configuration, and contribute to successful delivery across multiple Manhattan modules.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate requirements, effective testing, and smooth deployment during implementation and stabilization phases.

Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to Manhattan solutions in WMS and related modules.
• 2–5 years of experience with Manhattan Associates solutions.
• Experience in at least two Manhattan solutions (WM, SCI, Labor Management, Slotting, ProActive).
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and design.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, CS, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document warehouse management and supply chain processes.
• Support configuration and implementation of Manhattan WMS and related solutions.
• Work on implementation and support of Manhattan Associates applications.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Support Manhattan WM and related modules based on business requirements.
• Participate in workshops, solution walkthroughs, and user discussions.
• Prepare process flows, functional design documents, and test scenarios.
• Support testing, validation, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data, and system behavior.
• Analyze and troubleshoot functional issues with appropriate solutions.
• Provide functional support during implementation and stabilization phases.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
