Job summary

ClifyX in Burlington, NJ is seeking an experienced Manhattan WMOS Functional Consultant to lead a 12-month WMS implementation and support project.

You will troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure SLA compliance while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of Warehouse Management experience.
• Experience with Manhattan WMOS configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
• Experience with production support and incident management.
• Experience with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions.
• Experience working in onshore-offshore delivery models.
• Nice to have: experience supporting Daifuku WES/MHE systems.

• Monitor system health and ensure SLA compliance.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of Warehouse Management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Manhattan WMOS configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and defect analysis skills.
• Experience in production support and incident management.
• Experience with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions.
• Experience working in onshore-offshore delivery models.

Nice To Have Skills:

• Experience supporting Daifuku WES/MHE systems.

Must Have Skills:

• Manhattan WMOS support experience preferably on version 2018 OR higher.
