Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a supermarket in Manhattan. The role is part-time with a 3pm–11pm shift, and Friday–Sunday availability is preferred.

You will supervise officers, coordinate with management, and ensure timely, high-quality security service on your shift. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18+, and bring 2+ years of security, law enforcement, or military experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18+ years of age and ability to obtain required licenses.
• Experience in security or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate security services on a specific shift for a supermarket in Manhattan.
• Supervise staff, provide coaching, recognition and discipline within policy.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Maintain quality service and safety on shift while following procedures.
