Alliance Maintenance is seeking a dynamic, professional individual to serve as a full-time Non-Union Janitorial Supervisor in a prestigious Manhattan property. You will oversee the janitorial staff, ensuring top-tier building upkeep and a seamless operation.

Prior supervisory experience in a commercial building is required. The role requires managing staff, coordinating with sales for night shifts, and producing completion notes, reports, and disciplinary actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Local 32BJ supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience managing over 1,000,000 square feet.
• Experience managing cleaning staff.
• Commercial maintenance experience and supervisory skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial staff and related personnel in a commercial building.
• Manage schedules, inventory, and maintenance of supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with lead personnel/foreman about staffing and issues.
• Review work orders and assign tasks to foreman at the appropriate location.
