The role requires supervisory experience and an understanding of regulations, with a salary range of $55,000 to $57,000 based on qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience in supervisory roles.
• Experience working with the IDD population is required.
• Strong ability to communicate both orally and in written form.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Adult Day Program in Manhattan.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals to ensure quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with the team to develop individualized habilitation plans.
