Job summary

AHRC New York City is seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to oversee Adult Day Programs in Manhattan. You will facilitate Person-Centered Planning, coordinate services, and supervise staff while ensuring compliance with New York State regulations.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, experience with the IDD population, and effective communication skills. The position offers a salary of $55,000 (or $57,000 with a Master's degree) along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience with a High School Diploma, or 3 years with an Associate Degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience working in a Day Program preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Assist in hiring, training, and staffing coverage.
• Develop individualized service plans collaboratively.
