Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking a dynamic executive to lead its Manhattan Branch, serving as the senior leader responsible for P&L results, strategic growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across Service, Repair, Modernization, and New Installation.

The Vice President will drive backlog growth, set the strategic vision, manage a cross-functional team, and partner with executives to advance safety and financial performance while aligning with TK Elevator's long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/engineering/related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred for senior leadership.
• Experience leading large multi-functional operations with P&L responsibility.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic vision and operating plan for the Manhattan Branch.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility and drive revenue and profitability.
• Lead and develop a senior leadership team with succession planning.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements across services.
• Build executive relationships with owners, developers, and partners.
• Represent the branch in executive reviews and enterprise initiatives.
