Job summary

TK Elevator seeks a dynamic executive to lead its Manhattan Branch, accountable for P&L, growth, and safety across Service, Repair, Modernization, and New Installation. The role requires strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery of sustainable financial and operational performance.

The ideal candidate will have executive experience in large multi-functional operations, strong financial acumen, and a track record of driving profitability, customer satisfaction, and workforce

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic vision and operating plan for the Manhattan Branch.
• Coordinate Service, Repair, Modernization, and New Installation for efficiency.
• Develop leadership team and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Represent the branch with executive leadership, customers, labor partners.
• Promote safety-first culture and operational excellence across all activities.
• Ensure branch P&L delivery, backlog growth, and revenue realization.
