Job summary

TechDigital Group is hiring to lead design and deployment of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management in distribution centers. You will configure MAWM capabilities, develop extensions, and own end-to-end integrations with MHE and other systems. This role requires hands-on problem solving, architecture guidance, and strong client communication.

You will partner with ERP/OMS/TMS teams to ensure seamless data flow, validation, and operational visibility across WMS and automation layers.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience configuring MAWM in live DC environments.
• Experience integrating MAWM with MHE systems including conveyors and ASRS.
• Strong ability to manage client expectations and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of MAWM in both manual and automated DCs.
• Configure MAWM capabilities: facility setup, locations, inventory rules, and more.
• Develop MAWM extensions using Groovy/Java-style logic and configuration-driven enhancements.
• Own integration design between MAWM and MHE/WES/WCS systems.
• Define message flows, contracts, payloads, error handling, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with ERP/OMS/TMS teams for end-to-end data integration.
• Support workshops, specs, test strategy, cutover, and stabilization.
• Troubleshoot MAWM configurations, integrations, and performance bottlenecks.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and offshore teams.
