We seek a Mandarin bilingual Immigration Law Clerk to support attorneys and paralegals in a fast-paced environment in Dallas, Pasadena, or Santa Ana. You will assist with filings, organize supporting documents, track deadlines, and maintain accurate case records while communicating with clients in a professional, client-first manner.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a JD program (2L/3L) or recent JD graduate.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Previous experience in a U.S. immigration law firm.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong academic record and legal research/writing skills.
• Genuine interest in immigration law and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional demeanor and client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and immigration regulations to support case strategy.
• Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents and client declarations under attorney supervision.
• Prepare and file applications and supporting documents with EOIR and USCIS.
• Prepare immigration forms and ensure filings meet standards.
• Assist in preparing case files for hearings and client consultations.
• Review documents and prepare summaries for attorney review.
• Maintain confidential case files and coordinate with clients.
