Qualifications

• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and analysis.
• Strong communication with clients and teams required.
• Attention to deadlines and case files management.
• Spanish language ability is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support filings, organize supporting documents, and track deadlines.
• Prepare and file applications, motions, and documents with EOIR/USCIS.
• Maintain confidential case files and assist in hearings preparation.
• Communicate with clients as directed by attorneys and assist team as needed.
