Job summary

TheASPTeam is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager/Controller to lead the financial operations of two related businesses: a hospitality business and a tech business, each with its own P&L. The role requires a fluent Mandarin speaker and a proven track record in full-cycle accounting and financial controls.

You will manage budgeting, close, A/P, payroll, and internal controls while coordinating with project managers and external contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• At least 7 years of progressive full-cycle accounting experience.
• GAAP knowledge; CPA preferred.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel.
• Excellent communication with ownership, staff, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead full financial close and reporting for two related businesses.
• Manage full A/P and payroll functions and supervise staff.
• Oversee budgeting/forecasting processes.
• Maintain robust internal controls.
• Monitor large construction budget with project managers and contractors.
