Qualifications

• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, finance, auditing, or financial management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Monitor company cash flow, working capital, and financial performance, providing recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with Human Resources and external payroll providers.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with department leaders.
