The role requires coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to deliver compliant, on-time projects. The ideal candidate will manage scopes, budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Bilingual Mandarin English required.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and project financials.
• Proficient in Procore, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage new construction, renovation, and infrastructure upgrade projects from design through completion.
• Develop and oversee scopes, budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Manage project documentation and closeout packages.
• Oversee commissioning, turnover, and warranties.
• Provide PM support for facilities maintenance initiatives.
• Evaluate vendor proposals for maintenance-related work.
• Coordinate minor facility projects and planning in asset life cycle.
• Assist department head to oversee staff.
