Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented environment.
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
• Collaborates effectively to get things done and build relationships.
• Displays passion and drive to improve clients' financial lives.
• Confident in identifying solutions for clients based on needs.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.

• Applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving to client needs.
• Demonstrates time management and ability to multitask.
• Notary commission or ability to obtain one within months.
• Weekend/extended hours availability across multiple CA centers.
• Bilingual Mandarin required.

Responsibilities

• Partners with teams to provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions and strategies.
• Assists, educates, and trains clients on self-service transactions.
• Leverages resources and processes to optimize the client experience and ensure accuracy.
• Adheres to processes, laws, and guidelines for day-to-day activities such as opening accounts.
• Manages client interactions and complies with regulatory requirements.
