The University of Texas at Dallas seeks a Temporary CCF Site Leader for the Mandarin Program to support outreach activities. The role focuses on the Play With Me program for early parent-child playful learning, and developmental screenings for children aged 0–3 in Mandarin and English.

The position is 100% onsite, approximately 20 hours per week, with travel across the Dallas-Fort Worth area for program needs. Preference for bilingual candidates with child development experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.
• Two years of experience supporting programs or projects preferred.
• Experience working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and/or families is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the Play With Me program manager.
• Facilitate weekly in-person playful learning programs for ages 0–3 and their parents.
• Conduct developmental screenings for 0–3 year olds at Play With Me and other sites.
• Recruit, train, and oversee undergraduate and graduate student support at the program site.
• Translate parent communications and research material from English to Mandarin.
• Perform 1-month and 3-month follow-up calls with clients.
• Data entry and management; maintain accurate records.
• Other duties as assigned.
