Job summary

University of Texas at Dallas is seeking a Temporary CCF Site Leader for the Mandarin Program in Richardson. The role supports Play With Me and Grow With Me activities, coordinating staff and translating materials between English and Mandarin for families with young children.

The position requires a high school diploma, with preferred degrees in related fields and bilingual capabilities. Hours are approximately 20 per week, onsite with travel within the Dallas area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's or Master's in child development, early childhood education, psychology or related field preferred.
• Two years of program support experience preferred, with infants/tamilies preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin required.

Responsibilities

• Support Play With Me program manager and supervise undergraduate/graduate student support.
• Facilitate weekly in-person playful learning programs for ages 0-3 and their parents.
• Conduct developmental screenings for children aged 0-3 at Play With Me and other sites.
• Translate parent communications and research materials from English to Mandarin.
• Complete 1-month and 3-month follow-up calls with clients served.
• Data entry and program data management.
• Travel as needed within DFW for program support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
