What You’ll Do:

  • Medical Leadership: Oversee surgical and medical cases, uphold high medical standards, and ensure exceptional client communication and care.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and guide our team of associate veterinarians and staff to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage hospital operations, drive financial performance, and ensure regulatory compliance—all while delivering the highest quality care.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation: Generous salary range $150k- $180k plus production and bonuses up to $100,000, including sign-on, growth incentives, and retention bonuses.
