Are you a skilled and driven veterinarian ready to take your career to the next level? Old Town Animal Care Center, a full-service small animal hospital located in a premier suburb west of Chicago, is seeking a dedicated Managing Veterinarian to lead our talented team.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish medical protocols, oversee medical/surgical outcomes, and train staff.
  • Ensure quality care, control costs, and address client concerns.
  • Recruit, mentor, and evaluate staff and associate doctors.
  • Develop client compliance protocols and support staff training.
  • Drive revenue growth, manage client charges, and monitor expenses.
  • Assist in budget preparation and review financial reports.
  • Build clinic reputation and support innovative initiatives.
  • Monitor marketing and client service efforts for operational improvements.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $150k - $180k plus production, with total earnings over $250,000. Compensation varies based on experience, skills, and scope of services, with bonuses including sign-on, growth incentives, and retention bonuses.
