Advancing Medical Care

  • Establishes medical protocols, trains doctors, and oversees medical/surgical outcomes.
  • Ensures quality care, controls costs, and addresses client concerns.

Leading Staff and Practice

  • Recruits, mentors, and evaluates associate doctors and staff.
  • Develops client compliance protocols and supports staff training initiatives.

Financial Responsibilities

  • Drives revenue growth and ensures proper client charges and expense management.
  • Assists in budget preparation and monitors key financial reports.

Growing the Practice

  • Builds clinic reputation and supports innovative initiatives.
  • Monitors marketing and client service efforts, seeking operational improvements.

  • Competitive Compensation: Generous salary range of $150k - $180k plus production with earning total over $250,000! Compensation commensurate with experience, skills, schedule, and the scope of services provided and bonuses including sign-on, growth incentives, and retention bonuses.
