The Role

As Managing Partner, Business Development, your mission is clear: originate new business with CHROs and senior HR decision-makers, then bring in best-in-class delivery consultants to close and execute transformative work.

You’ll be given a virtually unlimited business development expense fund to support your outbound strategy: travel, host events, sponsor conferences, entertain clients, develop marketing campaigns, and drive referrals. Your role is to create conversations, and the firm will support you with one of the strongest execution teams in the market to turn those conversations into revenue.

This is your opportunity to be the trusted first call for enterprise HR leaders in need of leadership assessment, succession planning, coaching, team development, or broader people strategy support.

What You’ll Be Selling

You’ll lead client acquisition efforts for a full suite of strategic advisory offerings, including:

  • Executive & team assessments
  • CEO and leadership succession planning
  • Executive and/or team coaching
  • Organizational design and team effectiveness
  • Board and C-suite advisory
  • Integration with executive search and interim talent
  • Retained executive search
  • And more...

About You

  • You are a trusted peer to the CHRO community, with direct access to senior HR leaders who take your calls and trust your perspective
  • You’ve sold professional services into HR—ideally in leadership development, coaching, advisory, or talent strategy—and are comfortable closing six-figure consulting projects
  • You’re a senior executive or partner-level consultant who is still ambitious but no longer wants to report to a boss, chase promotions, or manage internal politics
  • You’re energized by collaborating with global experts but want full control over your time, your book, and your upside
  • You want to keep winning—and to do it with a team of deeply experienced, highly respected partners at your side
