Job summary

Bubba’s 33 is seeking a Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of restaurant operations, ensuring quality food and superior service at all times. You will lead a dynamic team, manage P&L, and uphold the brand’s culture and safety standards.

The role requires ownership mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to grow the business while delivering guest satisfaction in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years or more as a GM, MP, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and directing the management team
• Directing weekly management schedules and assigning responsibilities
• Managing performance through reviews, coaching, and discipline
• Hiring management and hourly employees
• Overseeing food, labor and liquor costs and weekly/monthly P&L
• Ensuring compliance with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Managing inventories, budgets, and cost controls
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and safety for staff and guests
• Overseeing vendor relationships and support center contacts

Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a rockstar Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of operations and be responsible for making sure that quality food and superior service are adhered to at all times. If you are an entrepreneur who wants to be responsible for running your own restaurant.

As a Managing Partner Your Responsibilities Would Include:

• Enforcing compliance with all employment policies, with assistance from the management team
• Directing work of management team, including setting weekly management schedules, and assigning areas of responsibility to Restaurant Managers
• Managing performance of management team, including conducting weekly management directionals, performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring management and hourly employees
• Providing ultimate oversight over all food, labor, and liquor costs
• Providing ultimate oversight over compliance with applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Managing food costs, tracking waste, and controlling labor costs
• Managing weekly and monthly P&L
• Planning, preparing, and overseeing weekly, monthly, and yearly inventories and budgets
• Verifying audit, ESF, daily Taste & Temp, and training standards are being maintained
• Overseeing the cleanliness of the restaurant
• Enforcing appropriate security measures at the restaurant so that the safety of our employees and guests are maintained at all times
• Overseeing incentive programs for management and hourly staff members.
• Overseeing development of key employees and managers including training in employment policies and practices
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
• Acting as primary liaison with all store vendors and support center contacts
