Responsibilities

• Lead the marketplace and store as the Managing Optometrist, setting goals and plans.

• Position LensCrafters as the leading optical provider in the community.
• Deliver exceptional patient service and maintain the doctor/patient relationship.
• Coach and train staff to achieve patient care standards and service levels.
• Forecast staffing needs and manage scheduling to meet patient demand.
