Job summary

Linklaters in New York seeks a Managing Associate Knowledge Lawyer to drive the US LAI practice’s knowledge offering. You will work with Partners and fee earners to identify best practices, design AI usage, and accelerate innovation in legal service delivery.

The role involves creating and updating model forms, manuals, and training materials, while coordinating with the Knowledge & Learning team on needs, trends, and client publications.

Qualifications

• US qualified lawyer (NY or DC) with a minimum of four years post qualification experience.
• Experience of technical training development and delivery.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Knowledge and interest in AI technology and evolving AI landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the knowhow content and precedents for the US LAI practice.
• Design and implement AI usage within the US practice and drive innovation.
• Deliver legal training programs and coordinate with Knowledge & Learning team.
• Maintain matter lists, summaries and practice profiles; assist client publications.
• Coordinate with fee earners to ensure knowhow meets practice area needs.
