Job summary

Linklaters seeks a Managing Associate Knowledge Lawyer for our New York office. You will develop and shape the US LAI Group’s knowledge offerings, identify best practices, and work with partners to implement learning and knowhow initiatives.

You will help design Gen AI usage for the US practice, accelerate innovation in legal tech, and collaborate with attorneys and leadership to pilot cutting-edge solutions that transform service delivery and client outcomes.

Qualifications

US qualified lawyer with 4+ years post-qualification experience.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
High initiative and attention to detail.
Interest in AI technology and evolving AI landscape.
Excellent client service orientation.

Responsibilities

Developing the role of a Managing Associate Knowledge Lawyer in the New York office.
Identify best practices, knowhow, and learning requirements of the US LAI Group to implement the offering.
Work with Knowhow Partners and practice leaders to ensure knowledge supports legal and business development.
Design Gen AI usage within the US practice.
Accelerate innovation to adopt generative AI, legal tech, and workflow improvements.
Collaborate with attorneys and leadership to pilot and implement cutting-edge solutions.
