Our senior bankers are paid a significant portion of monthly retainer payments collected by the firm, often exceeding $100,000 annually. After the first full year at the firm, our senior bankers often earn $500,000 - $2,000,000 annually.

Join Our Team:

We're seeking seasoned bankers with 10+ years of investment banking experience, particularly in mergers & acquisitions and/or debt advisory/capital markets. Ideal candidates will have industry expertise in business services, industrial/manufacturing, consumer products/services, data, insights and analytics, tech/software, or healthcare services. Key attributes include the ability to source deals, robust communication skills, a strong deal closing track record, and effective leadership abilities.
