Overview

We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented media professional with a strong entrepreneurial approach and a passion for driving innovation in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in media strategy, investment, and cross-platform analytics, along with the ability to communicate effectively across collaborators.

Responsibilities

  • Video Investment Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the latest video investment products and marketplace trends. Ability to identify shifts in media consumption habits and apply them to strategic media recommendations.
  • Measurement & Attribution: Proficient in industry-standard measurement tools, such as Nielsen and iSpot, with the ability to apply these platforms for audience measurement, campaign effectiveness, and cross-channel attribution.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Expertise in translating complex media data into clear, actionable insights. Able to analyze campaign performance and audience behavior to craft compelling narratives that inform investment decisions.
  • Media Investment & Planning Experience: Strong background in reach/frequency (R/F) strategy, with hands-on experience in video investment and media planning across linear, digital, and advanced TV platforms.
  • Test-and-Learn Strategy: Experience in designing and completing test-and-learn initiatives, including hypothesis development, collaborator engagement, and post-campaign analysis to optimize future planning.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proven ability to clearly articulate media strategies, performance updates, and insights to cross-functional teams and senior collaborators across multiple lines of business.
  • Campaign Implementation Support: Familiarity with trafficking processes and standard methodologies, including adhering to established tagging taxonomies and naming conventions to ensure accurate campaign tracking.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrates a builder’s attitude, actively seeking opportunities to improve processes, innovate media strategies, and drive value through new ideas and solutions. Lead by example assisting in all levels of the planning and activation process

Qualifications

  • B.A. or B.S., preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • 8+ years of media planning/digital activation experience
  • Needs minimal supervision, relying on your own experience/ judgment
  • Resource for others in resolution of complex problems/issues
  • Ability to translate data into well-articulated and actionable ideas
  • Have strong written and verbal skills, with ability to present to clients, maintain client correspondence and internal documentation
  • Excellent management, motivational, organizational, interpersonal, and quantitative/analytical skills
  • Diligent with proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new propriety software and processes quickly and proficiently
  • Understanding of Activation/Negotiation team functions

Compensation Range: $119, 510 - $169,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
