Qualifications

Minimum 12 years experience in Finance or Accounting/Audit.
Minimum 12 years experience with Corporate Finance and Accounting principles.
Minimum 12 years experience with Financial Modeling, Valuations, and Due Diligence.
The role requires travel to clients and FTI offices.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day management of consulting projects with team members, other firms, and client personnel.
Apply business, economics, finance, accounting and analytical skills to client situations and practice disciplines.
Prepare complex financial projections and worksheets to model business processes and transactions.
Create detailed quantitative models that quantify impact of problems and solutions.
Research and track industry trends, events, and company developments in media and communications.
