Job summary

FTI Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Director for the Transactions Financial Due Diligence team. You will deliver financial and accounting consulting in corporate finance, evaluating historical and pro forma data to assess cash flow and deal value.

The role requires analyzing earnings quality, working capital, and margins, while coordinating with clients and internal teams to support buy- and sell-side processes. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, inform. systems, economics or related field.
• 5+ years of post‑graduate professional experience.
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI offices as needed.
• US work authorization for full‑time employment (no visa sponsorship).
• CPA certification preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and accounting consulting in Corporate Finance deals.
• Review and evaluate historical and pro forma financials for trends and valuation.
• Conduct industry/company research and prepare client-facing reports.
• Coordinate with clients and staff, updating senior team on progress and issues.
• Build internal relationships within the Transaction team and other service lines.
