FTI Consulting is seeking a senior professional to manage complex consulting projects in finance and accounting. You will lead teams, apply rigorous financial analysis, and deliver detailed projections and reports for clients across various sectors.

The role requires extensive experience in corporate finance, modeling, and due diligence, with travel to client sites and FTI offices. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• Minimum 12 years experience in Finance or Accounting/Audit.
• Minimum 12 years experience with Corporate Finance, Accounting principles, Financial Modeling and Due Diligence.
• Willingness to travel to clients and FTI offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of consulting projects with senior involvement and client interaction.
• Apply financial and analytical skills to client situations (e.g., modeling, valuations, due diligence).
• Prepare complex financial projections and quantitative models for transactions.
• Track industry trends in communications and media sectors and develop domain expertise.
• Maintain detailed working papers reflecting methodologies and sources used.
